Founder

NJY APPAREL was founded in 2014 by MS IVY, who has 20 years of experience in the garment industry .MS IVY was born in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, and moved to Kuala Lumpur with her family at the age of 7, she began assisting her family in the food and beverage industry after completing high school at the age of 17.

At the age of 19, she was invited by relatives to enter the garment industry and started as an general clerk in the clothing department. She quickly adapted to the new environment and demonstrated outstanding abilities. Shortly after, she joined a local children’s clothing brand as a clothing buyer, expanding her network and gaining more industry experience. It was during this time that she realized the importance of entrepreneurship and believed she had the capability to start her own company.

In 2014, MS IVY decided to establish NJY APPAREL, starting from a small team of one person but has now grown into a small to medium-sized enterprise with 30 employees. She was not alone as she already had a group of talented individuals with over 10 years of experience in the garment industry who became her CORE TEAM in realizing the company’s growth goals. The company focused on providing professional OEM services to brands in major shopping malls, with the main clientele being well-known children’s clothing brands in the local market. With high-quality products and services, as well as a high level of trust from clients, the company quickly established a good reputation and gained a foothold in the industry.

As time passed, the company continued to grow, and its business scope expanded. In 2022, the company ventured into the women’s OEM market, further diversifying its business. Upholding the principles of professionalism and integrity, the company maintained close cooperation with clients and became a leading enterprise in the local OEM children’s clothing industry.

However, MS IVY’s ambition did not stop there. In October 2023, the company launched its own women’s clothing brand name IVE .IVE aiming to create a comfortable and stylish style suitable for women aged 25-45. The brand specializes in casual and comfortable tops, allowing more women to wear fashionably and comfortably. This initiative not only enriched the company’s product line but also opened up new markets for the company. With its solid foundation, professional team, and innovative spirit, NJY APPAREL is continuously writing new chapters of brilliance.
